At Oliviaroodrigo, we ship exclusively to addresses within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We do not offer international shipping, APO/FPO, or PO Box deliveries at this time.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM PT may be pushed to the next business day for processing.
Transit time
Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days to most continental US addresses. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote rural areas may require 5–7 business days, though we estimate 3–5 for the majority of orders. These are estimates, not guarantees – actual delivery depends on the carrier’s performance and weather conditions.
Carriers
We do not partner with a single fixed carrier. Instead, we dynamically assign the most suitable shipping provider for each order based on your location, package weight, and real-time service availability. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional last-mile couriers. You will see the assigned carrier on your tracking page.
Shipping cost
We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders – no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden surcharges for residential delivery, fuel, or handling.
Order changes & cancellations
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing the order. After that, your package may already be in the fulfillment pipeline and we cannot guarantee changes.
Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed status), we will reach out to you via email. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment. If you prefer a refund instead, we will deduct the original outbound shipping cost (though we offer free shipping, a nominal handling fee of $0 applies – so you receive a full product refund, as shipping was free).
